Our Communities, Our Commitment
Our success begins in the communities of Savannah, GA, and Newark, OH where we operate our facilities. We see our communities as vital partners in our success as they provide the talent and resources that we depend upon. We strive to hire and develop our employees with a vision of long-term careers with Arboris, which means that skilled jobs come from and stay in the communities.
We are proud to serve our communities in many different ways. One of the many ways in which we give back is through our Charitable Giving programs at both our Georgia and Ohio locations. The program is run by employees at each facility and has a goal to provide both financial and service assistance to local organizations in the area. Nominations are done through committees at each location, and contributions are given to organizations of which our employees are an active part of, which further drives our involvement and commitment to the communities that we are a part of. We are proud to have partnered with food pantries, cancer-fighting organizations, little league programs, cultural groups, disaster relief efforts, animal rescue and many others that serve our communities.
Our talented and committed teams are also personally involved in serving and making an impact throughout the community. They can often be found in local schools teaching students about Science and Engineering, working local fund raisers, and volunteering their time to positively impact society. Our employees are always finding caring and thoughtful ways to give back and “pay it forward”.
